📦 Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the location.

Delivery Address

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. VTPL is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked undeliverable if the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery. Refunds follow the Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Damage

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
