Return Policy

Products purchased from our site can be returned for a Return at our registered address within 7 days from the invoice date, provided the following conditions are met:

📦 The product is intact and in saleable condition.
🧾 The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.

Products can only be returned for a Return. We do not provide exchanges.

📱 Products purchased online from our mobile app can be returned only at our address.

VTPL will Return the customer through the same mode used for purchasing:

🔄 Online payments (Credit/Debit/NetBanking) – Returned to the original account.
💵 Cash on Delivery – Returned in cash.
