Refund Policy

Products purchased from our site can be returned for a refund at our registered address within 7 days from the invoice date, provided the following conditions are met:

📱 Products purchased online from our mobile app can be returned only at our address.

VTPL will refund the customer through the same mode used for purchasing:

🔄 Online payments (Credit/Debit/NetBanking) – refunded to the original account.
💵 Cash on Delivery – refunded in cash.
