Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel

• 📦 Contact customer support or submit a cancellation request via registered email.
• 📦 Cancellation is processed only after verification.

Post-Dispatch Orders

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. Customers may return the product after delivery as per the Refund & Return Policy.

Refund Process

• 📦 Online payments are refunded to the original account.
• 📦 COD orders are refunded in cash.
